Our Foundation & Calling
How it all came to be…
It all began in 2020 when Jimmy Patillo stepped into a long-held vision to equip and strengthen leaders. Seeing a growing need for guidance, clarity, and purpose-driven leadership, Jimmy founded the ministry as a response to the teams, churches, and individuals longing for direction and support. What started as a simple conviction—that when a leader grows, everything around them grows—quickly became the heartbeat of the organization. Today, joined by Melissa Patillo and Randy Hill, Patillo Leadership Group continues to empower leaders, develop their voice and character, and help them step confidently into the impact they were created to make.
