Jimmy, President/Chairman of Patillo Leadership Group, has an extensive background in ministry, leadership, and business. He has served in several denominational leadership positions and has consulted and mentored pastors, church leaders, managers, business owners and executives. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Theology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Church Management and Leadership through Trinity Theological Seminary. He graduated from accounting school in Norman, Oklahoma in the summer of 2007, where he won the school’s accounting and business math competitions. During this time, he placed in several categories in Oklahoma’s Business Professionals of America state contest. He holds an OMMBA (Online Mini MBA) from the University at Buffalo, a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation in Real Estate, and twenty-four certifications in business, management, accounting, and computer applications (several of which are master certifications). He served as an adjunct instructor at Moore Norman Technology Center, in the Oklahoma City metro, teaching Microsoft Excel to the business community. In January of 2019, he assumed the Lead Pastorate of New Life Church in Frankfort, Kentucky. In addition to men’s conferences, he also travels preaching and teaching leadership conferences, revivals, and camp meetings. He and his wife, Melissa, have been happily married for 30 years.

Melissa Patillo serves as the Vice President of Patillio Leadership Group and is Co-Pastor at New Life Church in Frankfort, Kentucky. She is an accomplished minister, musician, and singer. Her gifts have opened doors for her to minister nationally and internationally. She was privileged to be the keynote speaker at the International Women’s Conference in Berlin, Germany where she was able to minister to international political dignitaries. She also served as the State Director of Kentucky for the International Convention of Faith Ministries. She serves on the writing and editing team for the Pentecostal Church of God’s Global Empowered Women’s Ministries yearly devotional books. These books are being translated in many languages and are impacting women around the world. She is an ordained minister with an extensive preaching schedule which includes statewide camp meetings and conferences across the United States. She has led worship for many years and was honored to lead worship for the General Assembly of the Pentecostal Church of God on several occasions, and at the International Prophecy Conference held in Branson Missouri. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Theology from Trinity College and Seminary and a Masters Degree in Theology from Life Christian University. In addition to her ministry experience, she has been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 28 years. She has been happily married for 30 years to her husband, Jimmy.

As the CFO of Patillo Leadership Group, Randy also is the Dean of Academic Studies for the Joseph School of Business. Randy has been involved in church his entire life. Raised in the a Pentecostal Church of God in Indiana, he has served the district youth board, his local church board, and has served as Church Treasurer. Randy has earned 3 degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. His first degree is an Associates in Computer Information Technology; followed with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting; and finally, His Master of Business Administration finishing with a 3.89 GPA. Along with his experience in serving the church, he has worked for several industries of business: Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Government and Service Industries. Randy’s current role is Sr Accountant for Ascension Health Ministries. Assigned to the Fixed Asset department, Randy helps manage the accounting of approximately $400 million in annual capital improvement activity. Ascension is the Worlds largest Catholic Charity delivering $2.3 billion in compassionate personalized care through 139 hospitals in 19 states. Randy also is an adjunct Accounting Professor at Indiana Tech Community College. In Randy's first year of teaching, he was nominated for the Excelance in Teaching Award. Only about 10% of all faculty members are nominated for this honor. Randy has been married to his wife, Mindy, for 27 years. His knowledge and expertise helps not-for-profits in today’s business world.
